Hi,
My name is Kin Mitra and I wanted to send this e-mail about your technical support.
I called in today and spoke with a support person named George.
He was the BEST technical support person that I have spoken to ... ever!
He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue that I was describing and helped me to program The Stick online.
He then sent me a fax to test the change and then he called me to make a change to my fax machine so that everything would work properly!
He is a super person and extremely great on follow up as well.
I wanted you to know and to pass on a great big THANKS! to him for his support!
